Who we are

Sandton Perfumes is a fragrance retailer based in Gauteng, South Africa, selling online and delivering nationwide.

Orders and payment

An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and cleared by our payment provider. Submitting the checkout form on its own does not confirm an order, and nothing is dispatched until payment is confirmed.

Prices are shown in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately unless your order qualifies for free delivery.

Pricing

Bundle pricing is applied automatically based on the number of fragrances in your order. We may change prices, bundles and the free-delivery threshold at any time, but a change will never affect an order that has already been paid for.

Stock

Products are subject to availability. Where a product is unavailable it is marked as sold out and cannot be added to an order. If stock runs short after you have ordered, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or a refund.

Delivery

Delivery is handled by The Courier Guy. Our stated 3 to 5 day window is an estimate and not a guarantee. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect addresses supplied at checkout, or circumstances outside our control.

It is your responsibility to give a correct, complete physical delivery address. Re-delivery to a corrected address may be charged.

Reseller programme

Reseller packages are wholesale stock purchases. Buying a package does not create an agency, franchise, partnership or employment relationship with Sandton Perfumes, and does not grant exclusivity to any area.

The recommended retail price of R80 is a recommendation only. You are free to set your own selling price. Any revenue figure shown on this site is an illustration of what stock would be worth if every bottle were sold at that recommended price. We do not guarantee sales, income or profit, and what you earn depends on your own pricing and how much you sell.

Resellers may not represent themselves as an authorised distributor, agent or employee of Sandton Perfumes.

Product information

We describe fragrances as accurately as we can. Scent is subjective and how a fragrance performs varies from person to person. Product images are illustrative and packaging may vary.

Returns

Returns and refunds are covered by our returns policy.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order: your name, contact details and delivery address. We use it to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. We do not sell your information.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
