Getting your order to you
What delivery costs
- R90 on orders under R300.
- Free on orders of R300 or more.
- Free on every reseller package, whichever one you choose.
How long it takes
Expect 3 to 5 days from the point your payment clears. We pack orders as they come in and hand them to The Courier Guy, who deliver to every province in South Africa.
Outlying areas can take a day or two longer than the major centres. If your order is taking noticeably longer than expected, contact us with your order reference and we will chase it.
Tracking
Once your parcel is collected we attach the waybill number to your order. The Courier Guy sends tracking updates directly to the mobile number and email address on the order, so you can follow it from collection to delivery.

Every order moves through these stages:
Delivery addresses
We deliver to homes and businesses. Business addresses are usually quicker because someone is there to sign. If your address is hard to find, add a note at checkout with a gate code, a landmark or a business name.
We cannot deliver to a Post Office box. Please give us a physical street address.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel arrives damaged, or the wrong items are inside, tell us within 48 hours. Our returns policy explains what happens next.
