A note on payment
You never need to message us to place an order. Everything is paid for on the website with a card. WhatsApp is for help before or after you order, not for arranging payment.
Something wrong with an order?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if anything arrived damaged or incorrect, with your order reference and a photograph if you can. See the returns policy for the full process.
